MiSSD Intel serie 520 SSD de 240 GBSC2BW240A3L SSDpresentando elSandForce SF-2281VB1-SDCEl controlador murió espontáneamente y no aparece en el BIOS. Presumiblemente, su firmware ha sido dañado por una falla de hardware de mi computadora portátil. Es efectivamente un SSD bloqueado y estoy intentando restaurar los datos yo mismo.
El SSD permite escribir firmware directamente en el controlador SandForce NAND a través de lo que se llama "modo seguro" (encendido con puente de hardware).físicamentecolocar).
Este procedimiento parece ser significativamente diferente de lo que el fabricante consideraría la forma "normal" de actualizar el firmware (como el ATA hdparm --fwdownload. En cambio, el "modo seguro" del chip controlador hace que el SSD se muestre como un dispositivo de bloque pequeño ( SandForce{200026BB} (20DABBR0)) con 32 kiB. de ceros, probablemente permitiendo escribir un firmware en él).
Nota: No es posible actualizar el firmware utilizando el software oficial del fabricante, ya que el SSD no aparece en el BIOS cuando se enciende el SSD sin elpuente físico de modo seguroy por lo tanto no será reconocido por el actualizador.
¿Los datos permanecerán intactos al mostrar una imagen reciente del firmware de una unidad SSD Intel SSD serie 520 usando su “modo seguro”?
FWIW,Se hizo una pregunta similar hace 10 años., pero me pregunto si ese también es el caso,específicamentecuando se utiliza el "modo seguro" del chip controlador.
