Execution Policy Change

El mensaje anterior aparece aproximadamente la mitad de las veces que ejecuto un script de ps1. A veces puedo simplemente cerrar la ventana de Powershell, ejecutar el script nuevamente y se ejecutará sin problemas. Otras veces recibo el mensaje nuevamente.
Esto siempre ha sucedido en varias compilaciones y versiones de Windows 10 (Insider, LTSC, Home), incluidas instalaciones nuevas, y ahora está sucediendo en 11.
Me aseguré de ejecutar Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSignedantes de ejecutar cualquier script.
¿Es esto sólo otro error más de Microsoft?
