Vue.js sobre los problemas de instalación de Debian 9

Estoy intentando instalar Vue.js en mi sistema operativo Debian 9 y recibo este mensaje de error: Instrucción ilegal] - rollbackFailedOptional: verbo npm-session 1fd93108cdc88b2

cuando hago este comando: instalación npm vue

La versión de npm es 6.13.7

he tenido problemas consudo apt-obtener actualización, lo que provoca el siguiente error:

Busqué este error en StackExchange y en la web y probé las soluciones asociadas (sin éxito)

cambie el directorio para /etc/apt/sources.list.dluego eliminar Ondrej y Barckets PPA, también elimine phpla versión y los barckets (los paquetes pertenecen a Ubuntu Bionic y Focal).

Para instalar Barckets descargue el archivo debde aquí:

sudo apt install gdebi
wget https://github.com/adobe/brackets/releases/download/release-1.14.1/Brackets.Release.1.14.1.64-bit.deb
sudo gdebi Brackets.Release.1.14.1.64-bit.deb

Para agregar el uso del repositorio ondrej:

sudo apt install apt-transport-https lsb-release ca-certificates curl
sudo wget -O /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/php.gpg https://packages.sury.org/php/apt.gpg
printf "deb https://packages.sury.org/php/ $(lsb_release -sc) main" |sudo tee  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/php.list
sudo apt update

vuee vue-cliinstalar:

npm install -g npm
npm install -g vue
npm install -g @vue/cli
