He modificado /etc/iwd/main.confde la siguiente manera

[General]
EnableNetworkConfiguration=true

[Network]
NameResolvingService=systemd

Solía iwctlconectarme:

[iwd]# station list
                            Devices in Station Mode                           *
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  Name                State          Scanning
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  wlp2s0              connected

[iwd]# device list
                                    Devices
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  Name                Address             Powered   Adapter   Mode
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  wlp2s0              xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx   on        phy0      station

Estos son los servicios en ejecución:

LOAD = Reflects whether the unit definition was properly loaded.
ACTIVE = The high-level unit activation state, i.e. generalization of SUB.
SUB = The low-level unit activation state, values depend on unit type.

13 loaded units listed. Pass --all to see loaded but inactive units, too.
To show all installed unit files use 'systemctl list-unit-files'.

El controlador está cargado:

lspci | grep -i intel
02:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless-AC 9260 (rev 29)

No veo ningún error aquí:
