Deberías obtener un resultado diferente, el espejo más cercano depende de tu posición geográfica.
Luego edita el tuyo sources.list
con el espejo más cercano.

Puede ser que los repositorios estén organizados de manera diferente en MX Linux, no estoy seguro. En cualquier caso, MX tiene su propia herramienta, MX Repo Manager, que tiene un botón para seleccionar el repositorio más rápido.
