Extraer producto, número y cantidad de un archivo de texto

Tengo un archivo de texto incorrecto que tiene el nombre del producto, la ubicación del sitio web y la cantidad. Ahora sólo quiero preparar el nombre del producto, el número (extracto de la URL) y la cantidad.

¿Algo simple como esto serviría? (se puede mejorar, pero ya entendiste la idea)
