Descargar torrent en python usando torrentp

Question

Estoy intentando descargar torrent en Python usando torrentp pero tiene dependencias libtorrent.

Intenté ejecutar este código:

import asyncio
from torrentp import TorrentDownloader
torrent_file = TorrentDownloader("magnet:...", '.')
# Start the download process
asyncio.run(torrent_file.start_download()) # start_download() is a asynchronous method 

Pero recibo este error:

He leído varias publicaciones al respecto libtorrentpero hasta ahora nada lo ha solucionado:

1. Reinstalación de Microsoft Visual C++ Redistribuible
2. Reinstale libtorrentytorrentp

Instalé libtorrent usando pip install libtorrenty pip install torrentp también intenté instalar los paquetes desdegithuby hacer

python setup.py build

y

python setup.py install

pero me sale esto:

error: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified

tanto de buildy install.
