Estoy intentando tener una tabla grande (dividida en páginas) con notas a pie de página y una columna con ancho ajustable. El MWE es el siguiente.

El problema es que \caption{}dentro de longtabu dentro de ThreePartTable no se produce el hipervínculo correcto en LOT. Entonces soy una solución alternativa usando \captionof{}. Pero esto no es bueno porque no tiene un salto coherente entre el título y la primera línea de la tabla. Me gustaría utilizar \caption{}, ¿alguien conoce una solución?

La siguiente solución funciona. Definí un contador ficticio y lo usé \refstepcounter{dummy}que corrige misteriosamente el sistema de referencia.
Sin embargo, me gustaría tener una solución más elegante: llamar \setdummycada vez que uso longtabu y no necesitar ajustar espacios manualmente con \vspace{-\baselineskip}.
