Simplemente puse las entradas de las columnas que necesitaban apilarse en pilas. La alineación de la pila se controla con un argumento opcional para la pila: [l], [c]o [r]. Además, configuré el espacio de apilamiento vertical en el preámbulo con \setstackgap{S}{length}.

Una solución usando el makecellpaquete: su objetivo es específicamente permitir celdas múltiples y tiene un \multirowcellcomando con una sintaxis ligeramente diferente a la de \multirow. También sugiero reemplazar el bigstrutpaquete con la opción ``cellspace ; this package allows to define a minimal distance between the top of a row and the bottom of the row above (\cellspacetoplimit ) and symmetrically a\cellspacebottomlimit . In order to make this setting effective, one has to prefix the alignment parameter of the columns with the letter S. It works in math mode with themath`.
