Reducción de la altura de la línea separadora multicol

Question

Estoy creando una tabla usando multicoly rulepara poder tener celdas de tamaños dinámicos y completarla usando una macro en lugar de hacerlo manualmente.

En general funciona, sin embargo, me gustaría reducir la altura de la línea entre las columnas. Vea un ejemplo de cómo estoy construyendo esto y una imagen de cómo se ve el resultado del documento completo.

Aquí hay una solución con tikz.

Creé la macro \mypagerulecon dos argumentos que representan, respectivamente, la distancia (en cm) desde la parte superior e inferior de la página.

Tienes que configurarlo para cada página, pero por la imagen que publicaste, creo que solo tienes una página.

He aquí una solución poco elegante, a la espera de una mejor. Simplemente plantea la \rules que define cada celda. La parte comentada es una posible pista sobre una mejor solución... pero no puedo trabajar con ella.
