El estilo del encabezado del índice es diferente

Tengo un documento como este (MWE):

\begin{document}
        \chapter{First}

Y el encabezado del índice es diferente al otro.

Para mí está claro que de alguna manera puedo usarlo idxlayout(tal vez mi propio archivo de estilo). Pero siempre fallé cuando lo intenté.

Como se indica en el apartado 2.3 de la idxlayoutdocumentación, el indexpaquete debe cargarse antes idxlayout. Con el orden de carga correcto, el encabezado del índice tendrá el mismo formato que otros encabezados de sección de nivel superior (sin numerar) (en su MWE: capítulos).
