Estuve usando matlab2tikz el año pasado en Mac y funcionó perfectamente bien. Ahora lo estoy usando en Ubuntu y encuentro algunos problemas. Para su información, instalé texlive-full que incluye pgf 2.1 y en mi preámbulo agregué \usepackage{tikz} y \usepackage{pgfplots}. Cuando compilo mi documento de látex (clase beamer) en KILE, aparece el siguiente mensaje de error:

Muestra el sistema de coordenadas y la leyenda, pero no traza ningún dato. Acabo de descubrir que traza algo cuando doy los datos como coordenadas y no como una tabla. ¿Podría haber un problema general con la tabla en tikz en Linux o me falta algo? De lo contrario, tendría que convertir todo el archivo tikz que me proporciona matlab2tikz en una lista de coordenadas.
