¿Ajustar la distancia entre las filas y repetir el encabezado en cada página?

Me enfrenté a un problema longtable, ya que cada columna es larga y se imprime en una página como se muestra en la imagen, además, cuando pasa a la página siguiente, es necesario repetir el encabezado de la primera fila.

Para títulos repetidos, utilice \endfirstheady \endhead. Para aumentar el espacio entre filas, puedes usar makecelly dentro \setcellgapsde \makegapedcellsun grupo. No necesitará centerun entorno ya que longtaleestá centrado de forma predeterminada. Por cierto, su mesa no cabe dentro del ancho (y no lo corregí).
