Actualmente estoy empezando a utilizar la tecnología LaTeX y me topé con este problema, he leído varios manuales tabulares sobre CTAN sin éxito.
Estoy intentando crear una tabla como esta:

Hasta donde yo sé, no existe tal paquete, pero se puede lograr con configuraciones básicas, uso \multicolumn
y \cline
macros.
