He estado usando Texmaker desde hace bastante tiempo y sin problemas. Actualmente estoy intentando obtener un archivo antiguo que utiliza un paquete antiguo (personalizado) para compilar. Llámelos oldfile.tex y oldpackage.sty, respectivamente. Originalmente, el registro de mensajes me arrojaba un error debido a que "psamsfonts" estaba obsoleto, por lo que en oldpackage.sty hice el siguiente cambio:

Ahora, cuando hago clic en "Construcción rápida", el registro de mensajes no me alerta sobre ningún error. Sin embargo, tampoco termina de construirse; simplemente cuelga ahí. Como puede ver, el registro de mensajes simplemente se detiene sin darme ningún error y sin finalizar. Descubrí que comentar las líneas finales no hace ninguna diferencia en la capacidad del archivo para compilarse. Tengo motivos para creer que el problema está en el paquete, ya que incluso el siguiente archivo básico simplemente se bloquea cuando intento compilarlo:

Si completo alguna opción para el paquete o no (por ejemplo, "impresora") no hace ninguna diferencia en la capacidad de compilación del archivo. ¿Cómo hago para resolver este problema y que el archivo se compile en un .pdf?
