Pero el error aún no desaparece...

El error dice! Package minted Error: You must invoke LaTeX with the -shell-escape flag.
Por lo tanto, debe usar la bandera -shell-escapeal compilar, es decir, usarla antes del nombre del archivo.
Para hacer esto, muévase %.texhasta el final.
-interaction=nonstopmode -shell-escape %.tex

Publicaré esto para futuros usuarios que enfrenten un problema similar.
Verifique su programa antivirus.En mi caso, "Norton" bloqueó el proceso "pygmentize.exe".
