Simplemente quiero eliminar los &nombres entre autores y ponerlos ,en su lugar.

Tenga en cuenta que con este cambio perderá el cumplimiento de la APA. biblatex-apaimplementa las reglas de la APA (bastante) rigurosamente. Si tienes que seguir la APA, no cambies nada (a menos que creas que biblatex-apano respeta el estilo APA, asegúrate de notificarlo al autor); si no es necesario, en muchos casos es mejor que utilices un estilo que sea más fácil de modificar (para implementar las reglas APA, biblatex-apaes bastante extenso y utiliza mucho código, lo que a veces hace que sea más difícil de modificar, no aunque en este caso).

solo ve con

\AtBeginBibliography{\renewcommand*{\finalnamedelim}{\multinamedelim}}

Necesitamos \AtBeginBibliographyaquí, porque apa.bbxredefine el \finalnamedelimtambién \AtBeginBibliography.
