Como remover "." en la definición

Question

Quiero agregar una definición en mi archivo LaTeX. Sin embargo, tengo un punto después de la palabra definición. ¿Como puedo quitarlo? Deseo:

Definición Aquí está la definición.

NO

Definición. Aquí está la definición.

El punto parece estar definido en la macro \@thmcon la línea
