El título de la tabla y las notas no aparecen en PNAS

Question

Estoy intentando preparar un manuscrito paraPNASy tengo problemas con una mesa. Como enestepregunta/respuesta, la tabla se coloca después del \end{article}. Sin embargo, al compilar el documento, el título de la tabla todavía no se muestra, ni tampoco los \tablenotes. Lo he reducido al siunitspaquete que usé y al eliminarlo (y todos los usos de \SI) recupero el título. Preferiría seguir usando siunits. ¿Hay alguna forma de solucionar esto o debería iniciar un documento de Word (vale, amenaza vacía)?

Intenté agregaresteresponder al preámbulo y cambiar el archivo de clase. Esto ayuda un poco, ya que se muestra el título/título, sin embargo, el estilo cambia y los \tablenotemensajes todavía no se muestran debajo de la tabla.
