Problema del libro Tufte con \ref

La primera vez que escribo esto obtengo ??el formato \ref. La segunda vez está en blanco. Estoy usando TeXShop. Me propuse hacer un ejemplo que sirve biblatexpara obtener una lista de referencias para cada capítulo y otra lista al final del libro. Hace que las listas de referencias estén bien, pero no las \refmarcas. ¿Lo que está mal?

Los títulos de capítulos y secciones no están numerados en la tufte-bookclase de documento. Como \refquiere imprimir el número de capítulo/sección y no puede encontrarlo, se queja en el archivo de registro:

Package hyperref Warning: Suppressing empty link on input line 18.

Si activa la numeración de capítulos y secciones (agregándola \setcounter{secnumdepth}{1}al preámbulo de su documento), debería solucionar el problema.

Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que los encabezados del tufte-bookno están diseñados para imprimir la numeración correctamente de forma predeterminada, por lo que es posible que deba modificar un poco el formato.

Como alternativa, podría considerar utilizar \namerefen lugar de \refimprimir el nombre del capítulo/sección en lugar del número.
