Dibujar arcos en tikz-3dplot

En mi publicación aquíMi documento no puede dibujar ángulos., reemplacé el dibujo de ángulos por

\tdplotdrawarc[color=blue]{(-0.25,-0.2,0)}{-0.3}{0}%

Esto me da una figura como se adjunta.

Al leer el manual de tikz-3dplot, es difícil entender qué significan los números, especialmente cuando uno intenta hacer algo rápidamente. Agradecería que alguien pudiera aconsejarme sobre cómo modificar el código anterior para que tenga ángulos theta desde el eje x hasta P, phi desde el eje y hasta P y psi desde el eje z hasta P.

Esto funciona pero en mi documento da un error. Parte de mis preámbulos es

\usepackage[dutch,english]{babel}

Si pongo inglés, holandés mi documento está en holandés.
