Puede utilizar macros o cuadros en lugar de \includegraphics[…]{…}en la definición del encabezado de página par e impar. Y puede definir un comando para cambiar estas macros o cuadros. En el siguiente ejemplo utilizo cuadros, porque configurar cuadros una vez y usarlos varias veces es más rápido que expandir macros varias veces:
