Editar: Quizás sea importante: tengo muchas referencias, así que las importé de citavi. Y también logré crear un archivo con makebst con autores y año en negrita, pero no con la segunda mención de todos los autores. Edit2: Aquí está mi archivo que creé con makebst para obtener esto:
