subfig - Problemas con la referencia a la tabla dentro del entorno de la figura

Question

Tengo dos figuras y una tabla que quiero "agrupar" así:

Esto es casi perfectamente lo que quiero, pero hay 2 problemas:

1. Como vemos, el título da el índice correcto de la figura, pero para la tabla, me da su índice-1 y no tengo idea de por qué...
2. Cuando intento hacer referencia a la tabla, no obtengo su número, sino el índice de toda la figura y el "índice interno" (la letra "c").

¿Sabes cómo debo corregir estos errores?

tableEl entorno no incrementa automáticamente el contador figure.

En la tabla subfloatdebes especificar

\refstepcounter{table}para que funcione. Sugiero que sea la primera instrucción.
