Opciones de interlineado, distintas de vspace y vfill

Question

LaTeX está diseñado para que los espacios verticales (en circunstancias normales) se definan globalmente. En consecuencia, el ajuste manual de la distancia entre elementos, párrafos, etc. es excesivo. Es más, destruye la coherencia del documento y lo vuelve feo.

Intento limpiar todo el material sobrante en su código como \indent after\item , manual correction of vertical space, use of\textbf{...} in\resheading` (ya está en su definición), etc.

También rediseño \resheadingdonde agrego espacio vertical antes y después y corrijo su ancho. Para la tabla uso respuestas de sus preguntas anteriores, para itemizeuso enumitempaquete.

Como usas, a4papertambién cambio todas las unidades imperiales a unidades SI (mm). Al final obtengo:
