Problema

• Tengo una mesa en la que uso tabularxy multirow.
• Cuando agrego el texto rojo en el MWE, obtengo un cambio en una de las Xcolumnas.
• No entiendo que pasa.

Después de la charla en los comentarios, creo que esta puede ser la mejor pregunta:

¿Puedo usar un multirowy multicolumncon salto de línea automático sin tener que especificar el ancho explícitamente (aquí 120 mm)?
