Discrepancia entre títulos de capítulo/bibliografía/índice en el libro KOMA-Script

Question

Estoy usando KOMA-Script Book y hay una extraña discrepancia entre los títulos en lo que respecta a la distancia entre la parte superior de la página y la parte inferior del texto.

Estoy usando LyX y por eso los títulos de Índice y Bibliografía se generan automáticamente. El título del capítulo se ingresa manualmente.

El título de la Bibliografía está bien en relación con los títulos de los Capítulos, pero el título del Índice está muy alejado:

¿Hay alguna forma de cambiar el título del Índice específicamente para que se alinee con los demás?

Revisé mi preámbulo y no hay nada en él que debería estar causando este problema.
