En realidad, resultó ser relativamente fácil. Tenga en cuenta que si no hay suficiente espacio en la última línea, el número de página se colocará en el margen. Con este fin creé \needhspaceforzar un salto de línea cuando no hay suficiente espacio para el número de página ( \@pnumwidth).
