te está diciendo que el comando \myauthor(secuencia de control en la jerga TeX) no está definido. Y si miras tu documento, defines \mytitley \mydatepero no \myauthor.
El error parece un Heisenbug porque se activa sólo cuando se crea un encabezado "elegante"; la primera página no tiene encabezados ni pies de página ( \thispagestyle{empty}), por lo que esto sucederá solo si el documento es lo suficientemente largo como para generar otra página.
Se podría sospechar que porque \f@ncyorhrecuerda "elegante" (en efecto, las "variables" y "funciones" internas del paquete fancyhdrse almacenan con ese prefijo para evitar conflictos con otros paquetes).
Entonces
