Intentando agregar un encabezado y pie de página al documento de la conferencia IEEEtran (el de 2 columnas). Actualmente puedo obtener el pie de página que quiero en todas las páginas, como lo requiere mi conferencia.
Sin embargo, estoy intentando obtener 3 líneas en el encabezado de la primera página. Esto parece "aplastar" los pies de página de todas las páginas. Creo que si cambio las geometrías de los márgenes, esto se aplicará a todas las páginas, pero solo quiero un encabezado grande para la primera página y que el resto tenga márgenes estándar (no grandes).

Con suerte, ahora la diferencia (con esta diferencia extrema de tamaños de fuente) es claramente evidente :-)
nota:El tamaño de fuente que desees queda a tu criterio. Mi intención era sólo mostrar una forma (método) de cómo resolver tu problema. Todos los detalles del diseño del encabezado te los dejé a ti. por lo que debes cambiar el color, la regla, el tamaño de fuente y otro contenido de los encabezados como desees.
