Agregar punto/punto después del título de la subsubsección

Similar aAgregar un punto después de la sección. Pero estoy usando KOMA, así que no puedo usar titlesec.

Optando por la Guía de estilo APA, para su información.

Si las subsubsecciones son encabezados en ejecución, debe redefinirlos \sectioncatchphraseformatpara insertar un punto después del texto del título de la subsubsección.

Si todos los títulos corrientes deben tener el punto al final, utilice:

\renewcommand{\sectioncatchphraseformat}[4]{\hskip #2#3#4.}

Observaciones adicionales:

No hagas un mal uso del elemento de fuente sectionpara centrar los títulos de las secciones. En su lugar, redefina \sectionlinesformat. No es necesario cargar el paquete indentfirst.

Esta es una solución parcial para todo lo demás excepto \subsubsection(que usted redeclara, por eso no funciona). La macro \sectionlinesformatagregará automáticamente el punto.

Encontrará la documentación (scrguide/scrguien) de esta macro en la sección 21 (página 508 en la guía en alemán, página 461 en la guía en inglés). Es una de las macros que utiliza KOMA para personalizar la sección (en lugar de los mecanismos de titlesec).
