Notas a pie de página dentro de tabularx con hiperreferencia

Question

Quiero crear mi propio comando para solucionar hyperrefla incompatibilidad footnotesinterna tabularx. No puedo usar hyperfootnotes=falsela opción para hyperref.

Parece que estoy a medio camino de conseguir lo que quiero, pero no tengo suficiente experiencia en LaTeX.

Los problemas son:

1. Las notas a pie de página se muestran tres veces en lugar de una.
2. La numeración está mal.
3. Faltan enlaces.
