Una opción es guardar la imagen (Xsney.png) y luego crear una macro. Si juegas un poco con el espacio, se ve bien. Tenga en cuenta lo que aparece \después de la llamada de macro si desea un espacio después del símbolo.

Puede :

1. Convierte tu PNG a SVG usando Inkscape, por ejemplo.
2. Utilice su SVG para crear una fuente personalizada confontello. Asigné tu símbolo a la Oletra.
3. Utilice lo definido xseny.ttfdentro de XeLaTeX así:
