Cómo mantener el mismo tamaño de fuente en el documento y en la tabla

Estoy escribiendo un artículo en acmart (estilo proporcionado por ACM SIGCOMM). En el periódico hay pocas tablas. Pero las fuentes dentro de las tablas son de tamaño variable. A veces son grandes, a veces pequeños. ¿Hay alguna forma de forzar que el tamaño de fuente permanezca fijo en la tabla de látex?

Ese es el texto principal y la tabla es LinuxLibertine de 9 puntos y el título es LinuxBiolinum de 8 puntos

La única razón para utilizar una clase de editor como amsartes hacer cumplir las reglas de estilo de la editorial y quitarle esas opciones al autor, por lo que el consejo habitual sería no cambiar dichas opciones de estilo. Sin embargo, sería posible establecer el título en una fuente más grande si realmente fuera necesario, pero tenga en cuenta la tablaesestablecido en el mismo tamaño que el cuerpo del documento.

La configuración del título (aquí el valor predeterminado es pequeño) depende de la opción del diario, la clase usa código como
