¿Cómo centralizar una columna ya centralizada en el preámbulo tabular?

Question

Estoy haciendo una tabla con 6 columnas con 2 filas de encabezados. Hay 3 títulos principales y 6 subtítulos. Todas las columnas son ctipográficas, sin embargo, las columnas 3 y 4 no están correctamente centralizadas. ¿Alguna ayuda?
