Algoritmo en la revista IEEE

Aquí está elplantillaYo uso para lo siguientediario. El algoritmo es perfecto en un documento de látex normal, como se puede ver en: cifra. Tengo problemas con todo el algoritmo a la hora de insertarlo en la plantilla.
