Figura con un título debajo y un título/leyenda al costado

Estoy buscando una manera de agregar una leyenda al costado de mi imagen, sin dejar de mantener mi título debajo.

Actualmente tengo el siguiente código:

Básicamente, ahora estoy buscando una manera de agregar una leyenda al lado derecho o izquierdo de la imagen. ¡Gracias de antemano!

Con la ayuda de dos sistemas uno al lado del minipageotro dentro del figureentorno, puede lograr lo siguiente:
