scaled x ticks = base 10:2,
2. Cambiar el formato del número
xticklabel style={
/pgf/number format/fixed,

3. Reducir el número de xticks.
Enumere solo las etiquetas xtick necesarias
xtick={0.00,0.02,...,0.12},
O, aumentar xtick distance
(como lo comentóStefan Pinnow)

Ahora me doy cuenta tarde de que otra respuesta ha agregado la misma solución para xtick
las etiquetas que intenté proponer :-(. Entonces, solo algunas sugerencias fuera de tema ...
Diseñaría su diagrama usando el filecontents
paquete y reduciendo el número de dígitos decimales para y
valores a cuatro (en mi opinión, aún brindan una precisión satisfactoria):
