Disminución del espacio entre líneas en un entorno de alineación, dentro de un comando de nodo

Estoy intentando poner la siguiente visualización en el contenido de un nodecomando en formato TikZ.

El espacio entre líneas es demasiado grande, para mi gusto. Intenté usar [0.25ex]y [0.5ex], pero se ignoran. Si el align*entorno no permite reducir el espacio entre líneas, agradecería una sugerencia alternativa para obtener una pantalla similar con respecto al posicionamiento horizontal pero con un espacio entre líneas más pequeño.

Los entornos align*y alignedpermiten reducir el espacio entre líneas. Al agregar una longitud después del \\comando para agregar espacio entre dos líneas, esta longitud representa un espacio entre líneas adicional, positivo o negativo.

Si compilo su ejemplo, los comandos [0.25ex]y [0.5ex]no se ignoran, simplemente agregan más espacio. Si desea reducir el espacio entre líneas, debe insertar unnegativolongitud allí. Usando su código, el espacio entre líneas en el alignedentorno disminuye si reemplazo el último nodo con
