Estoy tratando de lograr que todos mis períodos se alineen entre sí y que los negativos no alteren los números. ¿Hay una manera de hacerlo?

Puedes tener lo que quieras siunitxy el Stipo de columna. Reemplacé el final enumeratecon el tablenotesentorno de threeparttable, para que las notas se ajusten al ancho de la tabla:
