También he intentado seguiresta respuesta, pero no puedo encontrar por qué \resizebox no permite que mi código se compile. Intenté usar \graphicx sin suerte, y también agregué % después de {. Y si intentas hacerlo sin \resizebox, no termina alineado verticalmente, terminando así:

Finalmente, como puede ver en el código (%\captionof{figure}{$\alpha$=BLA}), intenté usar la solución \captionof, pero termina dando una solución completamente extraña:
