El principal problema es el paquete helvet. Sus archivos fd deberían adaptarse a los cambios en el látex, pero eso no ha sucedido todavía. Verhttps://github.com/latex3/latex2e/issues/299 Como solución alternativa: no utilice la opción estrecha. Y agregue esto a su preámbulo:
