Tengo muchas tablas largas en mi trabajo y descubrí que SÓLO la primera fila de la primera columna tiene sangría. No ocurre en el resto de filas. Vi que con otro tipo de tablas (como tabulares), que son más pequeñas, mi problema no ocurre.
Estaba buscando cómo solucionarlo, encontré esta publicación, pero la solución no funcionó para mí. alineación izquierda de longtable - sangría mínima no deseada
Pinté el error en azul. Quiero que la primera fila sea exactamente igual a la segunda.
¿Alguien que sepa cómo solucionarlo?

El problema es con \label{tab:CasosDosVarHom}
. Debe agregar un %
después del argumento de \label
(al final de la línea de entrada). De lo contrario, se produce un espacio perdido.

Reorganizaría el preámbulo de su tabla. Cortar el césped \label

Otros pequeños cambios en su código hacen que la tabla sea más consistente (se agregaron líneas al final de cada parte de la tabla, la información de que la tabla continúa en la página siguiente, habilitando el salto de tabla solo al comienzo de multirow
las celdas).
