¿Puedo insertar una imagen en el mismo espacio de línea que mi encabezado?

Me gustaría insertar una foto en el lado derecho de la página pero en la misma dirección del encabezado (nombre). Inserté este código en mi archivo txt y pude colocar la foto en la esquina superior derecha, pero está en el encabezado, lo que deja demasiado espacio en blanco...
