tcolorbox: Cómo configurar rasterboxes de tamaño mínimo en tcbitemize

Question

Quiero que los cuadros de trama horizontalmente sean tan anchos como el contenido (como en la "sección 1"). ¿Que tengo que hacer?

Hasta que explique por qué usarlo tcbitemizeaquí, tiene una solución con dos tcboxesque mantienen la misma altura con equal height groupla opción.
