1. cómo hacer un título y una etiqueta para esta tabla, cuando ejecuto este algoritmo, tengo un error en \caption y \label.
2. cómo igualar las líneas de la tabla, para que las filas y columnas M_ij y J_ij tengan el mismo ancho
