Sugiero usar tikzmark. Recuerda que debes compilar dos veces.

No relacionado: parece que no estás usando align, así que lo cambié a equation.

Con {pNiceMatrix}lo nicematrixcual se crean nodos PGF/Tikz en la matriz y Tikz para dibujar flechas usando esos nodos.
