En mi documento de látex, sólo la introducción y la primera página del primer capítulo tienen números de página, pero las siguientes páginas no están numeradas hasta que llego al siguiente capítulo. ¿Cómo hago para que todas las páginas estén numeradas?

Por favor, mira los cambios que hice. Y reconsidere si usar a Lenny: uno de los estilos de encabezado de capítulo más feos que he visto en mi vida. Intenté corregir los fallos más evidentes, al menos utilizando la misma fuente que el documento.
Tenga en cuenta que \rmhan \bfestado en desuso durante unos 30 años.
Es posible que quieras arreglar la configuración de la página, pero usa geometryy definitivamente no toques \hoffsety \voffset.
Por cierto, $\textit{time scale}$definitivamente está mal.
