Cambiar la palabra "y" en los nombres de los autores del artículo polaco por "," (separador de coma)

Question

El problema parece simple (pero probablemente no lo sea). Necesito cambiar la palabra "y" por un separador de coma simple (,) en la parte relacionada con los nombres de los autores. Me gustaría no cambiar el "diseño", pero encuentro una manera complicada de cambiarlo como mencioné anteriormente. Marqué la parte que está relacionada con el problema, usando %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%.
