Estoy desconcertado por tu diseño y me pregunto por qué no pones la descripción en el título. Solía tabularray
completar el diseño de la mesa y embellecerla un poco. No sé si cumple con tus expectativas.

No estoy seguro de haber entendido su objetivo de formato.verbigracia.
Quiero colocar el título completamente en el lado izquierdo de la tabla pero mantener toda la tabla centrada.
He interpretado que este objetivo requiere una combinación de (a) un threeparttable
entorno que incluya tanto la \caption
directiva como el tabular
entorno y (b) una \captionsetup
directiva con las opciones justification=raggedright
y singlelinecheck=false
.
No puedo evitar observar que los \multicolumn{1}{l}{...}
envoltorios de los tres subtítulos son redundantes. Omita estos envoltorios por completo o reemplácelos con \multicolumn{6}{l}{...}
envoltorios, como lo hice en el código siguiente.
Las líneas de marco en los bordes de la siguiente captura de pantalla están dibujadas porque el showframe

Editar:
- Para los títulos de los paneles se define un nuevo comando (por
\NewTableComman
), que recopila la configuración para esta fila:\setCell[c=6]{...}
, forma de fuente y cara. - Dado que \SetCell no permite (hasta donde yo sé) cambiar la separación de las columnas de las celdas con el uso de
@{}
sangría (colgar) de los textos de los títulos del panel,\panel
se introduce el comando `\SetRow{...} para agregar espacio encima del título ( donde sea necesario) y desplazar el contenido de la fila hacia la izquierda:
